Daily paint outs are open to all those registered for workshops and those who just register for the KPA26 Weekend Pass. You can join us to paint or sketch outdoors in the company of others, in any medium in designated locations over the weekend in Kinvara and within 30 minutes drive.
Each paint out will have a named paint out lead (identifiable in an orange hi viz jacket). Ed Staunton, Desmond Downes, Kieran Guckian, Bettina Norton, Desmond Downes and Frank Sanford. This is not a workshop/demo.
Meet up at the designated meeting location at 11am. Suggested locations/times are subject to change - check WhatsApp for notifications.

For paint outs in Lough Cutra Castle Estate (Saturday and Sunday):. Parking is restricted in the castle grounds. There will be a free shuttle bus service provided from Gort. The pick ip point is outside Gort Community Centre (H91 K7YA) where parking is available, in the grounds or on the street. Departing Gort at 9.45am and 10.30am each day. The bus will return to Gort at the end of the day (around 4pm)

Artists participating in the daily paint outs are eligible to submit their work to the “Wet Paint” Exhibition in the KAVA Courthouse Gallery. Locations for daily paint outs will be confirmed to registered participants.
SPONSORED PRIZES will be awarded to the best paintings completed in the paint out locations. Join the invite to the relevant WhatsApp group and upload a photo of your painting to enter.

Facilities available in paint out locations are as follows:
Kinvara village: access to toilets and refreshments in local cafes
Ballyvaughan, access to cafe and toilet facilities at The Oirr House.
Lough Cutra Castle; access to toilet facilities, bring own packed lunch
Coole Park; access to toilet facilities and a cafe at The Tea Rooms.
Eagles’ Rock: nearest toilet facilities and cafe is at The Burren Perfumery, V95 KC61, or bring own packed lunch.
